The PQM UI is very bad at the moment because of this disconnect.

The simple stuff - star-merge -> should be 'merge' is trivially fixable.

Getting instant feedback is harder though, it really should be
accessible over a direct transport not just the indirect email one.
Adding a post form to the web ui is a reasonable way to do this if
someone has interest.
