I'm not sure that --dry-run will be full equivalent, especially because
'missing' show revisions in form of 'log --line', but pull/merge by default don't show
revisions at all, and with 'pull -v' you get both 'log --long' + 'status --short'.
I just want to say that default output of mentioned command is not the same,
and probably it's need to provide some consistence between them and 'missing'.
