It's nice, but there are a couple of things.

You're selling plugins short by talking only about commands.  bzr-svn
doesn't add any commands, but it certainly increases the capabilities of
Bazaar.  Similarly, the email plugin doesn't add any commands.

Second, there's something about the tone.  It's like you're saying "here
is an important feature, and oh look, Bazaar has it".  You're partisan,
and people know you're partisan.  That's fine.  But I'd suggest a tone
more like "I love Bazaar.  Let me tell you one of the reasons I love
Bazaar..."
