ERROR: No final name for trans_id?

Hi all,

I'm getting this:

     M  tests/cpp_test.cc
    R   tests/generate.c => tests/generate.c.moved
    R   tests/generate.h => tests/generate.h.moved
     M  tests/string_test.c
    bzr: ERROR: No final name for trans_id 'new-4'
    file-id: None
    root trans-id: 'new-0'

Anyone have any idea what the problem is?
