[rfc] add more possible test results

We discussed (quite a while ago) adding clearer distinctions between
different test outcomes.  It seems to come up pretty often as
disagreements as to whether a particular test should be marked as
skipped or not.

This doc patch tries to incorporate everything from
http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrExtendTestSuite

If this is acceptable I'll go ahead and add the classes.
