[merge] show version while testing

Another triviality while tests are running (well it's better than
reading websites): someone got confused today because they ran the
selftests on a different bzr than the one they thought they were
running.  We used to just print the bzr and bzrlib path; this now
shows most of the information from bzr version, and adds the python
interpreter version to that.
