[RFC][PATCH] Show the diff in the commit messages

Enclosed the patch with the test added.
Instead the option I use the alias method... I found the config too complex to 
use. When I found time I will learn how use it...

	$ grep -B 1 "commit" ~/.bazaar/bazaar.conf
	[ALIASES]
	commit=commit --diff
	ci=commit --diff

If you want the old behaviour, you can use

$ bzr ci --no-diff
