display of merged revisions in loggerhead and log

AfC commented on irc that the loggerhead display of branches he
manages shows only his merge commits, and the bzr.dev branch shows
only the pqm-committed revisions. This is not ideal for a couple of
reasons: sometimes the merging-in revision doesn't have a very
interesting message compared to what's contained within it, and also
it doesn't give visible credit to the people who actually did the
original work, since their names are hidden by default.

One possibility would be for loggerhead to have a view where the
merged-in revisions are shown indented, as for bzr log. If there was
also a button to expand all of them, or maybe a user cookie to do them
by default, then you could quickly see every commit that has been
merged in.

Andrew actually goes a bit further and says that indented log doesn't
really work for him and he'd like a log --flat and a corresponding web
view that just shows everything one after the other - think of the
flat mode in web forums, compared to the nested view that some default
to.
