Call For New Bazaar Windows Maintainer

I would like to help out as a windows maintainer.  I can help with
regressions and bugs on 2000/XP.  Unfortunately, I don't have any 98 or
Vista boxes to do testing on these platforms.  I'd also like to do the
windows installers for releases.  Alexander, please let me know what I can
do to help you.
