Unable to merge pyrex code to PQM

Well, I've stumbled upon the first (of probably many) issues we will have with
pyrex code.

The PQM does not have Pyrex installed, so the 'make' step fails.

(Interestingly enough, it also doesn't have 'dot' but that has been allowed to
fail).

Anyway, I've sent an RT request to have Pyrex installed on the PQM machine. But
at the moment, I cannot merge my patch.
