[MERGE] Non-verbose `bzr info` shows related branches

Hello.

As discussed on list, with Martin, Aaron and Vincent agreeing, `bzr
info` without --verbose flag should still print info about the related
branches.

Here's a trivial patch doing so. None of the blackbost tests for info
run it in non-verbose mode. I added that for the couple first
invocations (one with related branches and one without); I don't think
it's necesary to run a parallel run everywhere!

Ian, I'm CCing you because this may be seen as a regression from 0.17,
and IMHO should be merged for 0.18.
