[MERGE] [bug #111664] bzr rm refuses to delete renamed files

Sorry guy's but I wont be able to work on this for at least 3 weeks, as I'm
going hiking.
Hopefully one of you can get this merged for the next release, otherwise
I'll check it out when I'm back
