I can say that the test script I wrote fails with bzr 0.16, but succeeds with
0.17 and bzr.dev.

So that specific bug seems to be fixed.

Note that the fix was to the "bzr mv" command, not the "bzr commit" one. So if
you did the rename with 0.16, 0.17 will still fail to commit.
