FYI: bzr+ssh and sftp performance from feisty client machines

Apparently there is a bug in gssapi support in openssh in feisty, adding
GSSAPIAuthentication no
to your ~/.ssh/config at the top will disable this - it drops a 17
second login to a machine at canonical to an 8 second login for me. It
doesn't affect all hosts, so its probably an interaction from
client<->server.

If you use kerberos, you can reenable it per host with
host foo
  GSSAPIAUthentication yes

Cheers,
Rob
