Also, Andrew pointed out that 'bzr+ssh' is free advertising for bzr --
and may shortcircuit 'what tool should I use' questions when someone
pastes a url randomly (e.g. in an IRC channel).

(I'll note that HTTP is nearly invariably accessible by a browser so its
usually easy to guess - especially if webserve or codebrowse is running
at the branch URL.)
