its not like there is anything wrong with this approach,
but it is also possible to fiddle with the theme to hide
more of the stuff that makes it look like a wiki. I would
suggest a starting point is hiding the the WikiTools section
for users who are not logged in. you can make it look even
more like a CMS, although the current site is a lot of the
way there. I have seen some really nice samples of this kind
of work. and if there are some pages more ready to be frozen
than others, some work with acls will do it, which is not much
different in concept than what drupal does although of course
the interface is quite different (the drupal way usually means
fiddling with new Roles which I have found rather a pain,
it is easier to set up a new group in MoinMoin and make that
group hold the only edit rights to given pages)
