[MERGE][Bug #113436] bzr pull --help should explain the status flags

Hi all,

Attached is a bundle fixing the above bug as well as adding the
corresponding help to all commands (that I could find) that also use
status flags, as suggested in the bug report.

Rather than point to the help for 'status' or copy/paste the description
into each command, I've abstracted the help on status flags to its own
help topic ('help status-flags') and referenced said topic in the help
for each command.

I'm not sure if new help topics are ideal/allowed, but this seemed to me
to be the best way to do this, as the help output for 'status' and
'merge' particularly is already fairly long.
