pyrex .c versioning...

Speaking for me, I'm also quite in favor of not versioning generated
files.  In this case, pyrex appears a fairly small dependancy to
install, and the overhead of turning my "bzr pull" into "bzr pull &&
make pyrex_files" is pretty small.  I don't think the burden is near
big enough to swallow the costs of versioning generated files in this
case...
