For what it's worth, I'll note that Console (http://console2.sf.net/)  
works well with Bazaar.  It's a tabbed terminal app for Windows,  
which actually uses cmd shells in its backend so that it's wholly  
compatible with Windows console IO.  Everything works great running  
Bazaar (via the all-in-one win32 installer) from either cmd.exe or  
Cygwin zsh.
