I don't know what you mean by a repo email.  Are you asking how to
configure the address that bzr-email uses?

I *think* you are using "repo" differently from how we use it.  In some
VCSes like git and darcs, the repo is the working area which contains
the source code, as well as the historical data.

We use "repo" the way CVS does: it's just a container of historical
data.  (There may or may not be working files.  If there are, they are
*in* the repo, but they are not really *part* of the repo.)

If you are saying you want the server to send the email, not your Bazaar
client, that's something we don't currently support.
