Flat-file? Like the 0.0.4? Or flat-file like knits without the hash prefix?
I've done the latter a couple times, it is pretty easy. I have an old
branch (0.10 era) that does it. All it really requires is setting the
"prefix=False" rather than in the RepositoryFormat object.
