How usable is Bazaar on Windows?

Windows does indeed support and do things with the executable bit.   
On NT-based systems (e.g. XP, Vista, etc.), exe's will fail to start,  
and more insidiously, present DLLs will fail to load.  I've had to  
deal with this in CVS for some time now, as occasionally a Windows  
(or Cygwin?) CVS client will add a file to a *nix CVS server without  
the x-bit set... meaning that new checkouts with the affected  
binaries are horked.
