problem with bzr-svn

Hello,

I have a problem with bzr-svn.
I manage to checkout and update from an SVN repository, but whenever I
try to commit changes to it, I get the error attached to that mail.

Note that if I branch instead of checking out, I manage to commit
(locally) then push my changes. But I then have to pull the changes.

Working in a centralized way would me more convenient, and according to
the website, it is supposed to work. Am I missing something?
