Hi,

Apologies for the really long delay in incorporating the review
comments. I have taken in to account most of the comments, except for
two of Aaron's suggested comments, as I disagreed. I also sidestepped
any question of changing the names of repositories, or including the
plugins in the help. If anybody wants to make a decision on this I am
happy to defer to you, and for the changes to be made.

I am going on holiday this weekend for a couple of weeks, so if someone
else wanted to pick this up and get it merged it would be fine with me.
