Problems with the GPG key on the deb repository?

Hello all,

I'm upgrading bzr via the deb repository, with the line,

deb http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/debs/feisty ./

.... in sources.list.

When running apt-get update I'm getting an error message,

W: GPG error: http://bazaar-vcs.org ./ Release: The following signatures
couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY

W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems

Am I right in thinking that the repo is now being signed with Etienne
Goyer's key no. 3106BCC2 ?  The Bazaar distro downloads page,
http://bazaar-vcs.org/DistroDownloads , still lists the old key, EEA6AD6A.
