bzr-svn plugin problems

Hi

I've trying to access a subversion repository using the bzr-svn plugin
and bzr-0.15. Following the instructions I've extracted the bzr-svn
tarball into my ~/.bazaar/plugins directory. Rebuilt my subversion
applying the mentioned patch to the bindings yet I can't access
subversion repositorys using bzr

[ram at skymoo bzr]$ bzr branch file:///Users/ram/.svn_repos/cv
Unable to load plugin 'bzr-svn-0.3.2' from
'/Users/ram/.bazaar/plugins': It is not a valid python module name.
bzr: ERROR: Not a branch: /Users/ram/.svn_repos/cv/

What am I doing wrong here?
