Yes, it is. And I finally found magic button to see all translations at once
(it's a link in the bottom of the table with translations:
View Template & All languages).

Today I'm working a bit with Rosetta and now (I think) I start to understand
how to use it with Bazaar project.

I'm also start to write specification draft:

The more I think about implementation details then more questions I have.
