Thanks for the ping. I've actually submitted this fix a couple of times,
but the random timing-related failures of the test-suite kicked it back
at me.

Well, that and I seem to continually mess up and submit requests to the
old pqm.

And then I finally got it submitted, but NEWS conflicted.

But the submission is now finally in the queue and the test suite is
running.

So hopefully it will work this time.
