[MERGE] Make 'missing' try the pushloc too

Pretty much what was mentioned in my mails to Aaron; I've got bunches
of branches that have push locations but no parents, that 'missing'
gives me useful information that I care about on, and that would
offend me to have incorrect information recorded on (that's not my
"parent"!) just so I could use missing.

It doesn't especially bother me that missing defaults to the 'parent',
but it does that it sets the location given to it as 'parent', when it
almost certainly is nothing of the sort.  If that location were REALLY
my parent, it would have been set as such long before I ever tried to
run 'missing'.
