Documentation updates are generally exempt from the feature freeze.
(Hence *feature* freeze :)

Bugfixes are also allowed. (And regression fixes are always allowed,
even if we have to bump the release date).

The specific line is a little blurry, and it is up to the release
manager to make the final call.
