Unfortunately not, so the cygwin package does not actually work in
there. I only realized it afterwards frm your posts and trying it to
run live under Cygwin.

In the mean time, could you hold on and not announce the link yet. I
have to talk to the Cygwin svn maintainer and see if he could consider
porting the patched version.
