Now the documentation (README) and the wiki page clearly state that
the plugin's directory should be called 'gtk'. I don't see why it is
confusing...

PS. bzrlib.plugins.gtk vs. bzrlib.plugins.bzrgtk - I think the former
is better (not just because it's shorter)
