I like this, but there are a lot of docs which *could* be made.

I'm finalizing some stuff to make sure that we can make the api docs 
(epydoc or pydoctor).

And also there are html-docs and pretty-html-docs.

I think 'docs' is just 'html-docs' without copying them into a special 
directory. And 'pretty-html-docs' requires having 'kid' installed.

So I'm fine with this (as long as the pqm actually has the right tools 
installed to build the docs :)
