[ANN][RFC] bzr-xmloutput

I have created a plugin to generate XML output for some Bazaar commands. 
(based on code from bzr-0.15 (don't known if work on <=0.14))

This plugin add a --xml option for status, log and annotate.

this is also a RFC, so we can improve the XML format (or schema) so it can be 
useful to anybody who need this kind of output.
