What's up with plugins and 0.15?

hi,
since this kinda byte me too today,
I just added it to the plugin installation page on the wiki, which is the
most likely place where people
having problems with new plugins will go..

[image: <!>] Since Bazaar 0.15, the plugin folders may not contain a dashes
like bzr-gtk. In stead rename such plugin directories to something without a
dash eg. gtk.
