Use of the bzr deb archive for Ubuntu

I think it is recommended to use:

deb http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/debs/edgy ./

It got split up because python package management changed in Feisty
(something about python-central versus python-support?)

Anyway, the .deb maintainer at least tried to make an announcement about
this, I'm not sure if it made it out.

So 'http://bazaar-vcs.org/releases/debs' is going to stop being a
repository in the near future.
