[MERGE] clean assertion backtraces

Mark bzrlib.tests as providing assertFOO helper functions by adding a
__unittest global attribute. (Robert Collins, Andrew Bennetts, Martin
Pool, Jonathan Lange)' 

This makes backtraces in tests be nicer by telling vim to go to the
failing line, not to the implementation of assertFOO.
