Last week (after John's patch for locks) I dogfooding on bzr.dev
and don't face with problems. I'm even convert one of
my branch to WT4 and it works for me.

So, yes -- generally it ok. But I'm sure there is still some
bugs in corner cases, because blackbox tests won't pass.
