latest fixes from John make bzr usable on windows again.
There is still failed tests caused by lock problems,
but I hope in most situations it's not the problems.

I'd like to make fresh win32 installers for dogfooding
by windows users. Do I need to wait next release
or I need to release new installer myself
to put it faster in real world?
