You probably don't want to import the turbogears repository as a single
branch in Bazaar. Instead, you may want to run either:

$ bzr svn-import http://svn.turbogears.org/

to import all branches in the repository

or:

$ bzr branch http://svn.turbogears.org/trunk/

to import just the trunk.
