It seems to be a small bug in the redirection code.

There is ongoing site redesign (beta.launchpad.net). And for people in
the Launchpad-Beta-Testers group, it automatically redirects all
"launchpad.net/foo => beta.launchpad.net/foo".

I've brought it up on the #launchpad and people confirmed the problem.

The easy workaround is to just go to https://launchpad.net. I've tried
to get ahold of the people involved, but it is a weekend, so it probably
will take until Monday before it gets resolved. (Fortunately the primary
one is in AU, so their Monday happens before mine :)
