Yes, I will.

It's not exactly conference, it's more seminar, called "Exception".
Official site in russian here: http://www.exception.org.ua.
Next seminar planning on 31 march, and this will be Exception #4.
Seminars occurs regularly each 2 months in Kiev, Ukraine.
Usually it has 2-3 talks.

I want to talk about Bazaar development process and our (self)testing system.
So, it's good opportunity for me to make presentation of our beautiful system
to ukrainian developers (because latest poll about VCS show next results:
svn use about 50%, cvs  about 30% people).
