[MERGE] submit branch support for bundle

Hi,

I had the same issue yesterday,
as you and I both use gmail to subscribe to the list,
and the people at g-mail decided that if an attachment's content is text,
that they won't give you an option do download it. I don't really know what
the rule is, but it sucks.
anyways what I did was to:
1. at the g-mail message, click on the reply dropdown, and click on show
original,
2. a new page pops up, save it somewhere
3. open with thunderbird (File->Open Saved Message)
4. then you can actually save the attached patch (intact) somewhere
