Yeah, English is a little fuzzy. I can read either form as a Bazaar or 
Eclipse plugin.

I think I'll go with Bazaar Plugin for Eclipse, since at least bzr-svn 
uses that syntax. (I can't really trust my plugins, since I'm obviously 
confused in this area.)
