Hi all,
This patch introduces a new "submit:" revision spec. It is like the
ancestor: revision spec, except that it uses the submit branch.
I find myself doing diffs against the submit branch all the time, so I'd
like to automate it even more, and with this spec in place, I can add an
alias to do it.
Diff-against-submit-ancestor is a very useful way to predict the changes
your patch will apply to the submit branch, because it shows only
changes that are specific to your branch. Bundles and merge directives
both provide this kind of diff, but I want the pretty colors and style
warnings that cdiff provides.
