Well, you are supplying an illegal value to 'bzr diff --prefix' the bug
on our end is that we aren't giving you a good error about it.

If you switch to "bzr diff --prefix a:b" it will work fine.

The help might not be perfect, but it does mention this:

bzr help diff
...
  -p ARG, --prefix=ARG  Set prefixes to added to old and new filenames,
                        as two values separated by a colon.

Probably an example would be good:

...

as two values separated by a colon (eg 'old:new')


Anyway, bzr 0.13 has the same bug, so it doesn't help to back down.
