BzrBranches wiki page

I'd like to open up a (hopefully short) discussion on the fate of this
page.

- The page doesn't seem to get much in the way of updates. I yanked a
few references tonite that probably haven't been live or meaningful
  in a year or more.

- Many of the listed branches are probably unimportant. Current
development doesn't seem to leave changes sitting in people's
integration branches for longer than it takes for PQM to catch up to
  itself, if that long.

- Others point to plugins, which are better referenced from the
  BzrPlugins page (and many are).

Overall, there doesn't seem to be much the page does as far as listing
branches, that the Launchpad branch list probably can't do better.

In addition to the branch list, there's a blurb on how to publish a
branch, which just reiterates half a dozen tutorials. A link to such
a place would be better. Also, there's the list of revid's for
various releases. That's useful, but could probably more easily live
somewhere else.

So, given all that, I think the best idea is to move the revid list
somewhere else, and just eliminate the page altogether in favor of
launchpad. Thoughts?
