All of my replies have been addressed
 TO: Jeffrey Cunningham <jeffrey.k.cunningham at boeing.com>
 CC: bazaar at lists.canonical.com

So it does indeed sound like something is stripping off the CC from your
emails. This email I changed it to be directed to bazaar at lists and did
not include your email. To see if you get it correctly addressed. (Of
course, you may not actually get the email this time).
