[MERGE] bzr rm should delete the working file (Bug #82602)

hi,
just an update on this patch.
I think its a bit risky to try to fix up and push this in for 0.15.
Besides I'm going to Zimbabwe from tomorrow for a week,
(its for work and I didn't have much of say in it)
so I won't really be able to work on it and might not have internet.

I'm rather aiming to get it in early in the next cycle,
which is probably better so that it goes through a bit more alph/beta
testing
before unleashing it on to the broader population.
