Annotate working copy

Hi all-

I seem to recall Aaron working on fixing "bzr annotate" so that it could
annotate the working copy of a branch, rather than annotating the last
committed version.

Did that ever happen? Or is my memory faulty. I can see that it doesn't
annotate the current working copy, but I'm wondering if that is because
it wasn't hooked up to Aaron's fixes, or if there is something else
going on.
